- The subscription plan is an annual subscription with a lease to the software license. You can only use the software while you are on an active plan.
- If the subscription plan is terminated or payment is not received by Sage, you will have read only access to your data until you have brought your account current.
- You may terminate your subscription plan with thirty (30) days’ advance notice to Sage.
- The subscription plan requires that you be on the most current version of the software to continue your subscription.

Having this access enables you to use features such as the Exception, Payroll Tax, Tax Liability, or Sick and Vacation leaves. It also allows you to use any custom reports that are based on your company records. Without a subscription, you will still have to manually enter tax, benefit, and liability figures on your payroll checks. Furthermore, not having a subscription limits you to running payroll reports that are not formerly listed.
